Returning High-Value Technology Items

All technology (monitors, simulators) must be returned in the original manufacturer’s packaging to prevent transit damage. 

Use the prepaid label provided and ensure all cables, sensors, and accessories are included. Insure the package for the full retail value, if possible. 

Once received and inspected, a refund will be processed. Items damaged due to insufficient packaging will incur a restocking fee.
